The Andover Haunted House is a haunted attraction that also has a lot of historical value. The location was used as a hospital that was named the Sanitarium. It was also an apartment complex and private residency for a short period. One club from the local college, the Pioneer Paranormal Society, at Alfred State College has done a few different events focused on the paranormal activity at the location. 

The Former Livingston County Poorhouse has plenty of energy remaining from the location's use by the county. We ended up collecting a lot of interesting evidence during this investigation which was featured in several videos in the NEPI Investigates series.

The Hornell Antique Store is a recent location that has come forward with reports of activity. Our investigation lead us to finding a lot of interesting evidence. We filmed out investigation at the antique shop and it is available to watch on YouTube. 

A very historic location that we had the opportunity to film at for our documentary series. The location had associations with the underground railroad, a school building, and actively a museum for the area's history. The location had a lot of interesting spiritual activity and we collected a lot of interesting evidence during our visit.

A very historic location that we had the opportunity to film at for our documentary series pilot. The location was essentially abandoned after its use as a poorhouse/poor farm so it had plenty of built up energy that we managed to capture on camera.

The Van Horn Mansion is a very active, very well known location located in Newfane/Burt NY. We were able to get a lot of activity while investigating the location including a lot of of audible voices that were unexplained and heard without the help of equipment.

The Iron Island Museum is a very well known location in Buffalo NY. Sebastian was able to pick up on a lot of the information regarding spirits just while walking through the location. We were then able to pick up a lot more through our investigation.

The Sweet Home Estatie was founded in 2022. We visited it during the winter of 2022/23 alongside the EMF Paranormal Group. We collected some interesting highlights during the investigation that we posted on our social media accounts.

The Wildwood Sanitarium is a well known haunted location in Salamanca, NY. It was used as a tuberculosis hospital and is home to a lot of different spirits. We had the opportunity a good amount of activity during our time at the location.
