Notes: The New Era Paranormal Investigators (NEPI) team investigated the Van Horn Mansion in April of 2023 after having to reschedule the investigation from November 2022. The original date had a winter storm cause the cancellation. When the NEPI team investigated the Van Horn Mansion we collected a lot of evidence including easily heard disembodied voices.
